Inventory: We will be using the following: sendmail, perl, gcc, majordomo, pine, mhonarc, procmail. You might also want to print out the emacs handout if you want to use emacs as your editor.
Housekeeping: we want to download all the files in /pub/lucy on the t1-noc.t1.ws.afnog.org machine using ftp and then add the following software packages: apache-1.3.12.tgz mhonarc-2.3.3.tgz
cd /u mkdir work cd work ftp t1-noc.t1.ws.afnog.org 220 t1-noc.t1.afnog.org FTP server (Version 6.00LS) ready. Name (t1-noc.t1.ws.afnog.org:root): ftp Password: ftp> cd /pub/lucy ftp> mget * ftp> quit pkg_add -f apache-1.3.12.tgz pkg_add mhonarc-2.3.3.tgzBoth these applications are installed under /usr/local - apache atarts from /usr/local/sbin/apachectl and mhonarc from /usr/local/bin/mhonarc
