• I discovered a very new way of teaching Completely different from what I expected but quite if not more efficient
• taking me through the practical aspect of the creative teaching method

• yes i thnks that in coming here i d't believe that it will be as i saw it . too  wonderfull the training;
• at the begining a was totaly loose and now are really the propose of our training and honnestly i learn more than i expect.

• Well i have personllay learnt some new important stuff as a trainer which i belive will help me in my future endavours as trainer.

• a bit of more theory is given pior to the worshop
• on a personal it would have be better if people got more time to learn from each others experience to improve our different ways of communicating with the participants during the next week presentations
• Had more time and pratical session of anyone to present something for the audience for performing and advising in the presentation skills.
• yes it would be better if we have more time (like 3 or 4 day).
• it would be better if we can have something like a model to follow but any way i guess is model of training
• We had some written documents(review/feedback...) with the summary of all these methods we have learnt
• If more real life situations were applied, eg come up with a scenario where you are teaching a certain technical subject and how you'd go about it.
• It would have been great too that each person has a time to practise a sort of real life situation with the others as students and after the teaching is evaluated.

• technics to attract attention of students in a boring courses

• Make an difficult subject simpler for the trainnees to understand
• How to deal/handle the various kind of public I may have to teach while still bringing something to everyone and meeting the course delays & objectives.
• Learning more and understanding better depend on how much resources (in terms of course materials and time participants will have to get the knowledge.
• How to malke better presentations
• how to identify different methodsfor my lecture
• yes my satisfaction is not total so if possible i would like to learn more about this way of teaching .
• On how to handle a class that learns in a very different way than you as an instructor would do eg if you are a sequential-logical person , how you'd handle a randomn abstract class.
  
  

• Taking into consideration the different methods that I have noticed in the ToT
• Adapting my training methods to the whole new way we have taught here.
• Sharing all this I have learnt with other people in teaching.
• Take some good time to prepare games and adapt teaching so that the message is really passed and received.
