Prefix Lists

• Prefix lists have an implicit “deny” at the end of them, like access control lists

• Are quicker to process than regular access control lists

• If you do have IOS 12.0 +, it would be a better idea to use prefix lists rather than distribute or access lists, for route filtering and manipulation
