Exercise: Ticket System
- Download WebTTS Source from http://t2-noc.ws.afnog.org/downloads.htm
- Follow instructions on http://t2-noc.ws.afnog.org/webtts-setup-notes.txt
- Create 2-3 users within ticket system
- Create tickets to track network occurrences as they occur - network failures will be provided ;-)
